The online audience is a customer requesting services via Club Concierge platform, shall be described as Concierge Users or our Online Audience. This document will confirm the terms, conditions, and benefits of Concierge Users or our Online Audience. This document is a link between Concierge Users or our Online Audience and the access to preferential rates.
The terms and conditions is the agreement a provision of services to Concierge Users or our Online Audience through the “Services Platform “. This agreement does not confer or give rise to any ownership interest or rights regarding the organization. Concierge Users or our Online Audience is not acquiring shares or legal participation.
The “Services Platform”, serves only to provide benefits and advantages, being privileges for Concierge Users or our Online Audience to access all available rates, promotions and exclusive travel packages at its own convenience, enjoyment, and recreation. These are based on availability, hotel policies, resort requirements, car rental guidelines and/or any activity regulations.
Reservations, accommodation, travel packages, services or products are process directly between Concierge Users or our Online Audience and the Third-Party Provider, all purchases of services will be subject to the terms and relevant conditions, these being specified prior to payment and at the time of the reservation. All purchases process through the “Services Platform”, constitutes an acceptance of the terms and conditions of the direct supplier. The “Service Platform” channels the access of Concierge Users or our Online Audience to direct products, brands and services, and constitutes an acceptance of the terms and conditions that the Third Party Provider or Direct Supplier imposes, including but not limited to payment for the Hotel, Service or Product. Concierge Users or our Online Audience authorizes the “Service Platform” to send information, newsletter, promotions and to contact via his/her registered email or phone number.
Claims on unpaid services or products will not be accepted. All bookings, reservations, transportation, food, liquor, taxes, gratuities, phone calls, or other specific charges (e.g., resort charges, cleaning, energy surcharges, foreign country departure fees, or service fees) or other costs, being special petitions by the Concierge Users or our Online Audience (pet access, additional services, additional accommodations, up-grades, etc.), will be covered by the Concierge Users or our Online Audience as the reservation confirmation is given or provided.
